Mothering Patterns With Stunting Toddlers Among The Age Of 24-59 Months

Nutrition still become major issues in Indonesia, one which is stunting. Stunting occurs due to lack of nutritional intake toddlers, especially during the first 1000 days life (HPK). As an effort prevent stunting, it necessary address its factors, maternal parenting. This research sought provide overview regarding parenting with incidence stunting toddlers aged 24-59 months Kampung Tua, Tanjung Piayu Laut village Batam City. qualitative employed a descriptive method, involving 30 mothers who had KampungTua, Laut. The measuring instrument used this was questionnaire on parenting, filled out directly by toddlers. data analysis carried univariately find how description mother’s for results showed that feeding practices good category were 14 people (46.7%), psychosocial stimulation 24 (80%), hygiene as many 27 (90%) and environmental sanitation (46.7%). Therefore, can be concluded four indicator are poor category.
